Hillwood is currently seeking an Assist Project Managers/Developer with 2 -5 years of relevant project management and finance experience.  Project Officers in the supervision of all facets of the creation, design and implementation of new and existing commercial projects.

ESSENTIAL, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Project Management

  • Develops a constant awareness of market opportunities.  These opportunities could include coordination of feasibility, economic and financial analyses.  Additional responsibilities could include providing support for project design and site selection activities as needed.
  • Prepare project budgets, schedules and return summaries for review and approval
  • Assist in the direction of design and production architects, consultants and contractors through project completion, to ensure compliance with the approved budget and schedule
  • Assist in the supervision of the efficient utilization of resources and make recommendations to senior management for improvement opportunities as necessary.

Project Administration and Financial Analysis

  • Monitor the flow of information regarding project design among interested parties including investors, market research personnel, construction groups and architects. 
  • Provide assistance in the day to day management, supervision and coordination of all project activities for the duration of each project
  • Participate in progress meetings
  • Code invoices for approval and processing that are consistent with the approved project budget or subsequent change orders
  • Track project progress against the approved project schedule
  • Assist in preparation of presentations and required reporting for equity and debt partners
  • Assist with underwriting and analysis of acquisitions / dispositions


  • Proficient in financial modeling in Excel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.
  • Argus experience a plus

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university required. Minimal related development experience a plus.
