This position is responsible for providing friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Each server’s primary objective is to give our guests the best HopCat experience so that they return as regulars.
Prepares the tables with napkins and silverware and ensure that all the condiments are full.
Takes the guest on a tour of the menus if they have never dined with HopCat before.
Sells suggestively dishes and beer pairings and inform the guest of monthly specials.
Maintains a proper dining experience, assisting food runners with delivering items and fulfilling guests needs.
Performs basic cleaning tasks as needed, as well as daily and weekly side work duties.
Adheres to grooming and appearance standards.
