We’re looking for a great leader to help us deliver an exceptional client experience and value. Reporting directly to the President / Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President of Clients and Markets is a new role to WSP and is being established to elevate client and marketplace development to the highest levels in pursuit of our 2021 strategic plan where Clients are at the center of what we do.
WSP Operates with six lines of business across Canada. We leverage international expertise in a pure play consulting approach, with multiple-segment offerings tailored to the local market serving both private and public sectors. Developing and executing an elevated approach to our go-to-market and overall client experience will require strength and capacity to influence decision makers in a well-established and competitive professional services environment.
To achieve success in the mandate, the VP of Clients and Markets will develop and oversee the execution of a best in class program aimed at preserving our national business line structure, while maximizing opportunities at a local market and client specific level. The VP of Clients and Markets will build a team from both within and outside of the company, and leverage shared services such as finance, human resources, legal and safety.
A strong and well-respected leader.
An industry recognized leader with management consulting, sales and professional services experience over a minimum period of 15 years, and portfolio values of more than $1B.
Proven capacity to lead and influence across a multi-business line organization by communicating the strategy and engaging all business line leaders and stakeholders in achieving the objectives.

Ability to travel within Canada on a regular basis (approx. 25-50%) and on occasion, internationally.
