The company was founded in Tillamook, Oregon in 1909. For over a century, our farmer-owners have been committed to providing the most consistent, best tasting, highest quality dairy products made in the most natural way possible. Our co-op structure drives an unparalleled commitment to quality. Our headquarters remains in Tillamook, and today we also have a substantial office in Portland, Oregon.

We are a high-performance branded consumer dairy products company that has earned exceptional brand strength.  We have been a long-time market leader in the western U.S.  Our more recent efforts on strategy, innovation and the desire to bring Tillamook products into the hands of more consumers have driven expansion into new markets and new product categories. Tillamook sales have grown over 60% since 2012, now exceeding $800 million and on-track for $1 billion+ as we continue market and product expansion plans to build a national dairy brand.

We are proud to offer an inclusive purpose-driven culture, grounded in our shared values, creating a fulfilling and enriching work experience for our employees. The leadership team is successfully developing the company’s potential.  They are excellent planners, operators and value creators.  The Tillamook business environment is dynamic and challenging and provides the opportunity to truly have an impact and see your contributions come to life.

Our mission is to connect farmers and food lovers through better-made dairy products. We know that in today’s world, consumers want to understand and trust their food and where it comes from. This trust must be earned. Our business model and commitment to Stewardship means that we’re diligently working to earn and maintain trust in everything we do – in our food, on our farms, in our supply chain and in all of our practices. Everything comes down to doing the right thing.

Our growth and success have been and will continue to be driven by our commitment to Stewardship. For us, Dairy Done Right means more than delicious products. It means we stand by our guiding principle to do what’s right for all stakeholders.  That means we’re holding ourselves accountable across six key areas – thriving farms, healthful cows, product excellence, sustained natural resources, fulfilled employees and enriched communities. Today. Tomorrow. And into the future.
