Sales Manager- QLD/NT/TAS

The Role

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the primary focus of this role will be to maximise the sales potential within your designated territory (QLD/NT/TAS).

Living life on the road as a Sales Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with our partners and seek out new opportunities with an enthusiastic and proactive approach. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;

  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans with key accounts through a customised approach

  • Providing regular and targeted training for our agent network

  • Maintaining and distribute marketing collateral as required ensuring Busabout has prominent placement

  • Updating and maintaining sales reports and records regularly and accurately

  • Managing budgets to establish greatest ROI

  • Staying up to date with competitor and industry information to contribute to the continual improvement process

  • Domestic and international travel combining to 6+ times a year.

This is a role for someone who can drive brand awareness; representing us passionately and with integrity. Each conversation is an opportunity to inspire others with our love for travel and adventure!

We are looking for someone with a passion for travel and possess a natural flair for sales! With excellent interpersonal skills, you will ensure that Busabout is front of mind with our key trade partners. The ideal candidate will;

  • Come with proven sales experience, delivering results on a consistent basis

  • Be self-motivated, driven and have the ability to motivate those around you

  • Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written

  • Be highly organised, maximising effectiveness on the road

  • Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, creativity and a can-do attitude

  • Be responsive to internal and external stakeholders needs

Those with Sales Manager/Account Manager and/or travel experience will set themselves apart from the pack!
