What we need:
As a Telefundraising Team Leader you will lead from the front by reaching your own key performance indicators as well as motivating, inspiring and coaching your team to do the same. You’ll provide inspirational leadership and day-to-day management of your team. You will be responsible for maintaining our diverse, supportive and collaborative environment.
You and your team will be connecting with the public to increase engagement levels and financial resources for Greenpeace; we contact future, existing and previous supporters, encouraging them to become Greenpeace monthly financial supporters.
Is this you?
At least 12 months previous team leader experience
Experience in telefundraising or fundraising
A great track record in hitting targets and KPIs
Experience in coaching and motivating others
Excellent communication skills and ability to naturally build rapport over the phone
A commitment and passion for the work of Greenpeace and saving the environment
Resilience to handle the challenges this job faces

Full time is 37.5 hours a week [Monday to Thursday 12.15pm – 8.45pm and Friday 12.15pm – 6.15pm] based in Mt Eden.
