WSP is currently seeking an IT Project Manager to join our IT Project Delivery team on a six-month contract basis, located at our Thornhill office.  Reporting to the Director, IT Project Delivery this position will be responsible for working with our business and executing on IT projects for the remainder of 2018 and into 2019.



  • Gather requirements in office moves or consolidations to produce budget, schedule and project documentation.
  • Work with team to build server and IDF room designs meeting IT standards.
  • Work with team to coordinate move of servers and services between locations.
  • Coordinate with Vendors (Network, Electricians, move labor, etc.) and IT Change Control for successful delivery of IT milestones in office builds and moves.
  • Participate in IT and Real Estate meetings for stakeholder management.
  • Complete weekly status reports.
  • Manage project financials and ensure resolution of anomalies.
  • Ensure the asset management and CMDB is kept up to date.
  • Other duties as assigned/required.


  • Experience with office space construction
  • Experience overseeing server and IDF room design and build
  • Experience with design and implementation of meeting room AV
  • Experience coordinating move of users and equipment between offices including teardown at old location and setup at new location within a predefined window.
