Position is located in Missoula, MT - Some relocation assistance is available.

Washington Corporations is seeking a full-time ERP Application Developer with a primary requirement to develop customizations and interfaces for Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software to join our dynamic team. A secondary requirement to support other enterprise software as needed, including accounts payable automation software, electronic time capture software and expense management software.  

The developer will analyze business processes and configure, modify and develop JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software and related business functions for a related group of companies.  Responsibilities also include assessing needs and formulating solutions using JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and other applications; initiating and leading related projects; and providing day-to-day support of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines is a must.

Primary Requirements:

  • Highly skilled in EnterpriseOne development using Event Rule Language, Report Design Aid, Form Design Aid, and EnterpriseOne C APIs.
  • Preferred experience with JAVA and EnterpriseOne business service/web service development using J-Developer.
  • Preferred experience with database environments utilizing various versions of MS SQL server.
  • Demonstrate strong business process knowledge with proven experience in EnterpriseOne modules – Payroll and Human Resources, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Sales, and Purchasing.
  • Provide technical support resolving complex help desk service requests.
  • Review and analyze the performance, effectiveness, and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
  • Gather business requirements, design and develop and modify JD Edwards EnterpriseOne business solutions.
  • Create system design proposals.
  • Work closely with business analyst to provide documentation, orientation, and training to end users for all modified and new systems.

Job Requirements:

This role will require periodic after-hours work (including evenings, weekends and holidays) to conduct application testing, “go-live” support, maintenance, emergency outage or disaster recovery support.  Additionally, you will share on-call responsibilities for evenings, holidays and weekends with your team as directed by management.

The position requires periodic travel to meet and work with our customers, vendors, and partners in the United States, Canada and possibly abroad. A passport for international travel must be maintained during your employment and candidate must be able to travel to foreign countries. Must be able to travel to client locations throughout Canada and US.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years practical development experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Software.
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent Computer Science or related fields.
