Plans and coordinates daily activities to maximize efficiency and accuracy, carries out assigned facility maintenance duties in accordance with proper procedures, methods, practices and techniques.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinates, manages and implements the comprehensive safety programs and provides employee and vendor training.
Evaluates current safety practices.
Stays current of the safety rules and regulations of government consisting of the federal, state & local level.
Conducts different inspections & safety audits in order to ensure the compliance with the occupational health & safety requirements.
Establishes and maintains safety and training records.
Administers safety guidelines for implementation of the best safety policies.
Perform a variety of routine and semi-skilled tasks involving general maintenance of facilities, equipment and grounds. Depending on assignment, duties may include: making minor plumbing repairs, replacing light bulbs and fluorescent lights, performing basic carpentry work.
Grounds work as directed which may include picking up trash.
Providing snow and ice removal services.
AutoCAD drawings and updates.
Special projects and other responsibilities as may be directed.

General construction knowledge.

Analytical ability where problems are somewhat complex.
Ability to work as a team towards a common goal and effectively collaborate with all Company team members.
Ability to multi-task.
Education and Experience:
High School graduate or equivalent.
General computer skills – Excel, Word and Microsoft Office. AutoCAD experience preferred.
Position requires employee live in or relocate to the Missoula, MT area.
Employee will reside within 30 minute drive time to General Office Building.
Must be able to exert 50-100 pounds of force occasionally and lift up to 75 pounds.
