Provide administrative support to the Legal department.


  • Provide administrative, clerical and organizational support to the Legal Department.

  • Process invoices through Basware and prepare expense reports in Oracle.

  • Schedule events, hotel reservations hotels and reimbursement expenses. 

  • Coordinate schedules, conference calls, answer phone, and receive messages.

  • Collect sensitive, confidential information and prepare department reports as required.

  • Perform fundamental mathematical computations and tabulate data using Microsoft Excel.

  • Assist in coordinating department projects.

  • Perform other duties as required.



  • High School graduate or GED required; some college preferred.

  • General computer proficiency; specifically with Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel.

  • 2 years of Legal administrative experience preferred.

  • Highly organized, analytical and attentive to detail.

  • Ability to multitask.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to organize and prioritize own workload.

  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

  • Ability to work flexible hours/overtime as needed.
