Description: This position is responsible for the analysis and reporting of technical and financial areas that support Voice Services Operations.

Department support includes, but is not limited to:

  • Fixed Circuit Cost Optimization.
  • Circuit Vendor Invoice Validation.
  • Management of Circuit Inventory and ATAC Circuit Rates Table.
  • Analyze financial impact of engineering change orders.
  • Manage PON Status, EWO and disconnect process.
  • Forecast monthly and annual phone expense and report initiatives to achieve cost reduction targets.
  • Filter and analyze call detail records for engineering, customer service or regulatory use.
  • Maintain Voice Services Operations contract database.
  • Management and monthly reporting of SLA credits with carriers and NOC.
  • New Market and Revenue Analysis.
  • Annual CSG database audits.
  • Quarterly reporting of international commercial customer telephony fraud.
  • Assisting in customer and vendor trouble tickets.
  • Ad-hoc analysis of cost savings and revenue generating initiatives driven by management.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required (Mathematics, Computer Science, or related technical field preferred). 
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with large data sets in a database (Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Oracle).
  • Advanced Excel skills required (filtering, pivot tables, formulas and charts) with ability to write macros preferred. 
  • Advanced Access skills required (table creation, queries, large data imports and formulas).
  • Knowledge of SQL and MySQL.
  • Demonstrated Project Management experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to successfully build working relationships with internal and external personnel.
