As an Instructional Designer/Training Specialist, you will be the kind of person who shines when identifying gaps in knowledge and building quality content to bridge the divide. Your skill and expertise in building relationships will make it second nature for you to collaborate with the customer and other SME’s to document and deliver customised content that meets all the requirements. You will be passionate about implementing new learning strategies and sharing knowledge to all levels of the business.
