About the Role
This role will see you imbedded in of one of Kinetic ITs largest customer environments working to deliver cutting edge technical solutions. You will be responsible for resolving and updating service requests and incidents allocated to the team within the service management tool, this includes software, hardware, remote access and onsite support where required. You’re comfortable working through change, helping contribute to process improvement, you’re no stranger to active directory, with a knack for providing solutions that give our customers amazing service experiences.
