We are looking for HR Business Partner to join our newly established office in Canberra. This is a brand-new position is a unique opportunity to join a mature organisation in a Greenfields environment, taking the lead on establishing our HR presence in Canberra and embedding the practices, processes and behaviours that will enable the workforce in the region to go from strength to strength.

About the role
This blended operational and strategic role forms part of our leadership group in a newly established region. Aided by a HR advisor you’ll utilise your experience and intuition to make decisions, drive positive change and support growth and development. Day to day you will have oversight of the entire HR lifecycle from resourcing, employee development, workforce planning, remuneration, retention and separation. In addition, you’ll be a key strategic advisor to regional leaders about workforce planning, talent management and growth opportunities.
You’ll support the business through a period of growth to stabilisation and face ever-changing needs and conditions, so your ability to be responsive and use sound judgement will be critical. You’ll also work as part of a broader, nationally distributed HR team and will be able to leverage their shared knowledge as you need it.
