BCBA Coordinator


We are currently seeking to hire a strong and independent full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Coordinator.

As a BCBA Coordinator at TES, you will be responsible for supervising our growing team of passionate and dedicated behavior service providers in the school, home and community settings. This will include supervising Behavior Supervisors/BCBAs, directing staff development and training initiatives, managing/coordinating cases that encompass the greater LA/San Fernando/South Bay area, ensuring the services are adhering to the funding sources’ and the BACB’s ethical guidelines, and addressing school or client concerns regarding services.

Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA)

  • Providing field and administrative supervision to Behavior Intervention staff

  • Managing relationships with funding sources (schools/insurance)

  • Providing supervision hours to BCBA candidates

  • Providing billable supervision services to clients when needed

Working Environment:

TES Behavior Therapy services are typically provided in school, home and community settings. Therefore the BCBA Coordinator will be providing field supervisions and conducting assessments within these settings at an estimated 25% rate.

Qualified candidates will possess the following requirements:

  • BCBA certification

  • Master’s or Doctorate Degree in the area of Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Special Education, Psychology, or other related field

  • Strong background in applying the principles of ABA

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a BCBA/behavior clinician

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with students/clients with special needs

  • 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience

  • Familiarity with IEP processes

This position requires that employees use independent clinical judgment, well-developed communication skills, and be team and client focused.
