 ***Overseas Position ***-- Conducts daily academic instruction on regulations, publications, aircraft systems and aircraft maintenance IAW approved Program of Instruction (POI).  Creates and updates training records on course students when required and recommends administrative action IAW the Customer SOP.  Conducts POI on practical exercises, training support, and after action reviews.  Trains AH-64E Mechanics how to perform aircraft maintenance tasks on the AH-64E as required using the specific OEM Operators Manual, Maintenance Test Flight Manual, Check List Manual, and any other directives pertinent to the environment. Conducts training on removal and installation of aircraft systems and subsystem assemblies and components including engines, rotors, gearboxes, transmissions, mechanical flight controls and their components. Trains student how to service and lubricate aircraft systems, subsystems, and components; prepare aircraft for inspections and maintenance checks; perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance actions; use common measuring tools, precision measuring gages and alignment fixtures; perform aircraft and related components routine and special inspections; perform maintenance operational checks; diagnose and troubleshoot aircraft subsystems using special tools and equipment as required; and use and perform operator maintenance on tools, special tools and Aircraft Ground Support Equipment (AGSE) Prepares aircraft maintenance forms and records.    Ensures that all related maintenance training is conducted in a safe manner.
