  ***Overseas Position ***--  Responsible for performing duties as a Flight Instructor/Standardization Instructor for non-rated crewmembers in the UH-60 Aircraft and supporting simulation device(s).   Provide flight instruction to non-rated crewmembers on all flight tasks in accordance with the appropriate Department of Defense (DOD) Aircrew Training Manual (ATM), Program of Instruction (POI), and  Course Management(CMP). Conduct academic instruction in support of flight training on all applicable topics. Conduct preflight briefing, post flight debriefing, and after action reviews (AAR) to ensure crewmembers have a thorough comprehension of the training conducted. Maintain flight training records in accordance with appropriate US Army regulations and local guidance.  Instruction may include any combination of Individual or Group instruction in an academic classroom environment and or aircraft or simulator.


SI/FI (UH-60 Crew Trainer)
Must have been qualified as a Flight Instructor. Additional qualifications:
Graduate of instruction from an authorized DOD Proponent School for MOS qualification related to the Mission, Type and Design or completed an equivalency evaluation for the aircraft required.
Minimum of 150 hours experience as a Flight Engineer/Crew Chief and have previously qualified and served in such capacity during military service required.
Able to pass a Flight Instructor/Standardization Instructor evaluation as appropriate by a DOD Standardization Instructor upon hire and annually thereafter.
Experience in Utility helicopter mission required. Combat experience preferred.
Successfully pass the Army or FAA Class II Flight Physical upon hire, and annually thereafter required.
