The IT Help Desk specialist shall support the AWG (Asymmetric Warfare Group) S-6 Help Desk. Responsibilities include the troubleshooting of automation equipment for both NIPR and SIPR systems to a degree required for isolation of malfunctions, both hardware and software, resolution of the issue(s), and return to operational status. Additional duties include the administration of Windows Active Directory, back-up and imaging, and the set-up of VTC's (Video Teleconferencing) using Cisco and Polycom systems over ISDN and IP networks. Candidates are required to maintain a Top Secret clearance as well as Security+ and Windows7 computing environment certifications. Position may require occasional travel, up to 10%.

**Active Top Secret Clearance required.**
Current Security+ certification required.
Current Windows7 Computing Environment certification required.
Strong background in IT services and support desired.
Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience required.
