Description

*** Overseas Position*** - Responsible for performing duties as an Instructor Pilot in the UH-60M Series Aircraft and supporting simulation device(s).  Conduct qualification, refresher, readiness level, mission, and continuation training and evaluation of customer and pilots in accordance with US Army Aviation Aircrew Training Manual (ATM) requirements.  Conduct academic and hands-on performance training and administer evaluations to ensure pilot proficiency and standardization of training.  Responsible for maintaining Individual Aircrew Training Folder (IATF) and completing required training, currency, and readiness entries.  Conducts UH-60M Series Aircraft specific ground school instruction in a classroom environment, providing basic instrument instruction in the aircraft and flight training device(s), and performing flight training duties in contact, instrument, and combat skills training to US Army standards IAW government approved ATM, FTG, and POI requirements.  Instruction may include any combination of Individual or Group Instruction in an academic classroom environment and or aircraft or simulator.

HS and 15 Years of experience.
Experience in Utility helicopter mission required.
Must have been qualified as a Pilot in Command.
Graduate of UH-60 Instructor Pilot Course (IPC)/Methods of Instruction (MOI) course at an authorized Aviation Proponent School or an IP equivalency evaluation administered by a standardization instructor pilot (SP) selected by the Directorate of Evaluations and Standardization (DES) required.
Qualified on the UH-60M Series Aircraft required.
Minimum of 1500 total flight hours (total time).
Minimum of 300 flight hours Instructor Pilot time.
Minimum of 200 flight hours Night Vision Goggles (NVG).
