Description

The UH-72A SFTS analyst performs all computer checks, logistical support, replacements, and OEM prescribed support. The analyst performs all logistical operations to maintain the required spares and equipment for the computer systems and hardware for the flight device. Formulates customer program requirements from consideration of equipment design and other data and recommends appropriate program activities from conceptual stage throughout life cycle of product. Directs the development and implementation of program activities. Coordinates efforts of contractors, customer organizations and others for the resolution of problems and to ensure compliance with contractual commitments. Directs the preparation of handbooks, bulletins and information systems to provide logistic support. Remains current on the latest government and industry directives and standards that impact logistic support procedures. Provides technical support in conducting logistics support analysis, level of repair analysis, logistic trade-off studies and scheduling of required integrated logistic support events. The support analyst shall prepare a SFTS device for training; support SFTS device training activities; and technical support for the SFTS device before, during, and after training as well as for movement. The UH-72A SFTS shall be able to achieve a 90% Operational Availability rate for an expected yearly scheduled mission time of up to 2000 hrs. The log analyst will travel to each regional site supported by the Host state location up to twice a year.

Required Skills:
• Analyst shall be trained and qualified to support the UH-72A SFTS, they shall be qualified to make Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) required modifications and recommendations.
• Experience in simulation systems and subsystems preferred.
• Experience in simulation projection and alignment troubleshooting and adjustments a plus.
• Logistical experience in maintaining equipment order lists and repairs.
• The analyst shall meet required Information Assurance (IA) certifications in accordance with (IAW), Change 4 to DoD 8570.01-M, dated December 18, 2005.
• Currently holds a Security+ certification or equivalent, or be able to obtain the certificate after start.
