Description

Report to CEO as a member of the Corporate Leadership Team.  Collaborate with corporate senior management to conduct corporate level strategic planning to support and further corporate goals and objectives.  Manage admin requirements of multiple companies, departments , and annual operating budgets to achieve the objectives.  Demonstrate a proven track record in process development and implementation. Conduct audit interviews with OFCCP, DCAA, DSS, EEO, and other federal audit agencies in review of executed processes by department staff.  Manage personnel, benefits, IT, security, recruiting, facilities, corporate leases, and training in a corporate environment of 500 employees, working FFP, T&M, and CP DoD contracts .   Fast paced, team oriented, quality controlled, and ethical operating environment.

 

Required Skills:
20 years total DoD experience, 15 years specifically relevant to DoD corporate level Human Resource and Information Technology leadership and team building roles in a multi-tasking, audited, and accountable work environment. Track record that demonstrates improving processes through automation, continuous improvement planning in support of AS9100/ISO 9001:2008 certification requirements, utilizing SharePoint environments to expedite processes. Successfully addressing employee relations, harassment/EEO compliance, operations management, and strategic planning utilizing a staff to mitigate risk, achieve conflict resolution and labor/employee relations for a company expanding and diversifying at 10% per year. Requires a Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain.

High Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and SharePoint Designer. Proposal skills to serve as a capture manager for training program technical proposal requirements and/or author for administration requirements for management volumes of proposals. IT management experience that supports assessment of requirements for a server farm; phone updates to VOIP, workstations, and client/server software installations and upgrades.
