Description

Summary of the Role

As Senior Producer, you are responsible for leading a team to deliver and operate a world-class PC/Mac/mobile game experience. You’re a natural leader equipped with great people-management skills.  You run the team on a day-to-day basis; ensuring the games are in a healthy state and that the right decisions are being made at the right time. You work with cross-functional teams to define and audit KPIs, then you communicate status to stakeholders and executives regularly. Your passion for the brand, game, and game space is infectious. You may have caught them all. 

What You Will Do

  • Manage all development and live ops efforts

  • Communicate project vision and priorities clearly and consistently to all stakeholders and executives regularly

  • You have the organizational agility and communication skills to work with any team; internally or externally

  • Rely on both data and experience to make informed decisions and assess progress

  • Work with the teams to create project vision and priorities, maintain project backlogs, roadmaps, schedules and documentation

  • Anticipate and address potential problems while driving high-quality and timely deliverables

  • Manage prioritization of tasks, bugs, design iteration, user/tester feedback and live ops efforts

  • Develop detailed requirements for major/minor enhancements, bug fixes, and feature requests from Key Stakeholders

What You Will Bring

  • Prior experience leading an internal team throughout the development lifecycle; bringing a successful PC/Mac/mobile game to market using agile methodology

  • At least five years of professional experience working on a AAA brand, with a proven understanding the associated benefits and responsibilities

  • Self-motivation and the ability to motivate others

  • Work with cross-functional disciplines and lead without authority

  • The ability to understand and adapt to your communication style to match the needs of your audience

  • Experience making decisions in a complex and occasionally ambiguous environment

  • Extensive soft skills in dealing with the demanding circumstances of a live service game

  • A passion for making and playing great games, with an awareness of current titles and industry trends

  • Prior experience as a leader on a TCG game, in any role, is a plus

You have a desire to stay current on technology trends and Information Technology concepts.
