NBBJ – London has an excellent opportunity for you to join our studio in a Senior Technical Architect role.

NBBJ has established a great portfolio in the Healthcare, Science and Research projects sector and has recently been extremely successful in winning new work. We are looking to reinforce our teams and are looking for enthusiastic and creative people with new ideas and design and delivery flare to expand our team at all levels and across all disciplines. NBBJ London is seeking an Architect or design-orientated Architectural Technologist, with 10+ years of technical architectural delivery experience in the UK, to support the healthcare, science and education teams.

Your New Role:

  • Execute technical detailing packages from design concept
  • Manage and deliver various construction document packages
  • Ensure Quality Control/Quality Assurance processes are in place

What you will need to Succeed:

  • Minimum 10 years of technical architectural delivery experience in the UK
  • Technical exterior envelope detailing experience essential
  • Previous experience working on complex projects in all phases of design, healthcare and PFI experience a plus
  • Expert knowledge of building regulations and British/European standards
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills, effective client and consultant relationship skills and ability to collaboratively work with diverse teams of designers
  • Proficiency in Revit essential
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, packages and multiple deadlines
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, open environment
  • Current permission to work in the UK essential
