This is an excellent opportunity for you to join NBBJ London in an Intermediate Interior Designer role with your Hospitality experience in either a contract or regular fulltime role.

We seek an Intermediate Interior Designer with experience in the hospitality sector for our growing Interiors team in London. The right candidate is an independent thinker who thrives on group collaboration and a fast-paced environment. This person must be motivated, have a strong design sense, detailed-orientated, confident voicing their opinion within a team, and possess a positive attitude and excitement towards their work.
 


Your New Role:

  • Concept and design thinking and development
  • Presentation development and preparations
  • Rendering skills
  • Material and finishes selection
  • Exposure to all phases and stages of projects
  • Preparation of contract documents
  • Strong design talent with supporting technical skills
  • Participate in the construction administration of project assignments, including quality control



What you will Need to Succeed:

  • Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited university
  • 5+ years' professional experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp and other   design related programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of drawings and procedures
  • Familiarity with codes and regulations
  • Documentation, detailing and specifications skills
  • Efficient, detail orientated, thorough, high standards for quality design and documents
  • Current permission to work in the UK essential
