JOB SUMMARY:        Responsible for all aspects of processing a commercial schedule contract by providing data entry functions.  Manages all sold inventory, preventing billing losses and facilitates communication with sales department regarding clients’ commercial schedule.


Specific responsibilities assigned to this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Performs and schedules verification/reconciliation for clients.
  • Prepares make good/preemption notification forms and ensures timely delivery.
  • Performs research on spots missed.
  • Generates invoices and balance reports, prepares documentation for balancing (credit sheets).
  • Assists in the performance of month-end procedures and distribution of reports.  Performs month-close update procedures.
  • Assist in the analysis and preparation of post-billing adjustments.
  • Ensures proper maintenance of all audit trials.
  • Assists in maintenance of Mast Client files
  • Handles billing inquiries from AEs and clients.
  • Requires regular attendance to report to work per assigned work schedule.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.



  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • One to two years traffic and billing experience. 
  • Good working knowledge of advertising and production functions and terms. 
  • Strong knowledge of office and clerical routines. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. 
  • Excellent typing and computer skills, including Windows based programs. 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment. 
  • Ability to perform all the duties and responsibilities as described.
