The Coordinator, Digital Product Presentation defines the luxury lifestyle shopping experience through building lasting relationships with our people, customers and partners by maintaining excellent working relationships with vendors and Merchant team to ensure accurate product presentation and coordination of digital assets that enables a world class digital shopping experience. They will work closely with the Ecommerce Category Managers and coordinators, Copywriters, Translators, and the Product Photostudio to ensure that all work streams are meeting their service level agreements.  

 

Specific Responsibilities include (but are not limited it) the following:

  • Digital Asset Collection for Holt Renfrew Product Assortment
  • Gathering of necessary product information and online guidelines from vendors and follow up on missing data and correct any errors in a timely manner
  • Coordinating collection of all digital assets (if the product category requires it) with vendors, including communicating expected delivery times and uploading digital assets onto the commerce platform
  • Responding to vendor inquiries regarding product information accuracy, product onboarding, online availability
  • Consolidate assets upon receipt and organize images and vendor copy prior to sending to the copywriting team
  • Maintaining data accuracy, specifically the parent/child sku relationship for product onboarding
  • Coordinating all digital assets and product copy between vendors, retouchers and copywriters
  • Ensure that key fulfillment information (max quantities to buy, safety stock) is accurate

Product Workflow Process

  • Track and monitor technical issues pertaining to Product Presentation team using JIRA and escalating tickets as necessary
  • Resolving any inaccuracies in the product catalogue or presentation of product online in a timely manner
  • Update and maintain manual and automated information in all related product databases
  • Assist in the coordination of Photostudio tracking
    • Reviewing inventory in and out of the two photostudios
    • Ensuring that all product is shot that is received at Holt Renfrew
    • Reconciling the product shot completion to the onboarding tracker
    • Uploading all images and angles to Scene7 to be displayed online
    • Audit assortment to ensure that all products shot were uploaded into Scene7
  • Coordinate copywriting and translation team to ensure that all products are meeting timelines and being sent accordingly to each team
  • Produce reporting on what merchandise coordinators need to collect from vendor and ensure that this information is added to the merchandise onboarding tracker weekly
  • Ensure that all data reflected in the onboarding tracker is aligned with products live in production onsite

 

The ideal candidate:

  • Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Basic knowledge of specific product categories
  • Experience with SAP and Hybris is an asset 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; a team player who is able to act as both a leader and an individual contributor as required
  • Confident and effective communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Is adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change 
  • Highly service-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow up skills
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Passionate about fashion and luxury retailing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Google Analytics is an asset
