The Divisional Vice-President, Marketing Campaigns is an innovative, results driven leader who works with an incredible team to build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns. The main areas of focus for this leader will be editorial content, social media, and vendor programs, working with cross-functional partners to deliver on his/her vision.

The ideal candidate will be equal parts creative and analytical, have detailed knowledge of digital marketing, and experience managing national campaigns.

Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Effectively develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy that delivers growth across our stores, including holtrenfrew.com.  Ensure that the path from strategy to execution is clearly laid out
  • Play a critical role in building and executing on the brand strategy and the positioning and development of innovative customer experiences
  • Deliver unparalleled, unexpected brand offerings and meaningful personalized experiences
  • Build and maintain the company brand: maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications
  • Build campaigns that differentiate Holt Renfrew from the competition and are consistent with the company’s overall goals
  • Build and execute all channel marketing and coop performance vendor campaigns that align to the company’s strategies
  • Develop and lead creative content strategies utilizing various platforms, such as ecommerce, emails, social and paid media
  • Oversee the social media strategy to increase engagement on Holt Renfrew’s social media accounts & growth in new followers, generating awareness and driving traffic to stores and online
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders at all levels within and outside of the organization to drive growth with a strong focus on the customer journey
  • Deliver business results – monitor strategy to ensure delivery of key business results, such as traffic, sales, acquisition and retention both in-store and online
  • Monitor and analyze results and optimize iteratively based on market behavior and needs
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals that plan and deliver best-in-class integrated campaigns

 

The ideal candidate:

  • Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of post-university work experience, including a minimum of 5+ years leading a business unit or enterprise-wide strategy  
  • An innovative thinker with the ability to think ahead and understand future trends
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret extensive data to develop/implement consumer brand appropriate solutions
  • A supportive leader who supports their team to consistently meet or exceed company goals and objectives
  • Is adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change 
  • Passionate about fashion and luxury retailing
