Let's get down to the nitty-gritty: Our NSGD’s enjoy an immense amount of autonomy to secure the client portfolio of your choosing. There are no limits to the size or industry of the clients you target, with the goal of meeting our client’s hiring needs.  We encourage you to commit to the hunt of uncovering new opportunities, while nurturing lasting relationships with your client partners and network.  As a National Strategic Growth Director, you will be asked to maintain existing clients and generate new business to meet our client’s contract, contract to hire and direct placement IT need and secure net-new business and requisitions to support  the Blackstone Regional Business Teams in your territory. The ideal candidate has over a decade of Enterprise sales experience at a VP or Director level within the staffing industry and a highly competitive nature.

What you need to have:  

  • Comfortable being an individual contributor on an elite sales team, made up of our top performers
  • Positive, motivated, “ doer “ attitude with a competitive spirit
  • Love people, work with people, talk to people, get in front of people
  • Minimum of 10+ years at a VP or Director level selling staffing services at an Enterprise level
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations and quotas
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills (aka: Not afraid to pick up the phone)
  • The ability to convince C level Executives, Directors, Managers, HR, etc. to use you to staff their hiring needs  
  • BA / BS from an accredited 4-year university preferred
