Tableau Developer

Blackstone Technology Group is looking for a Tableau Developer to join its Federal Services team. The Tableau Developer will support an HR systems integration project.


Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years hands-on experience with Tableau as a Developer
  • Understanding of how to implement promotion methodology and version control in Tableau.

Daily Duties

  • Create/Manage Groups, Workbooks and Projects, Database Views, Data Sources and Data Connections
  • Add/Edit Projects and corresponding permissions (System vs. Content)
  • Create/Modify/Manage refresh task schedules
  • Set up documentation for policies, procedures and best development practices 
  • Coordination of admin activities with other administrators

  • Comfort with creating and maintaining meaningful and digestible products using the Microsoft Office suite

Position Requirements 

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain US Government public trust clearance
  • 4 year degree in IT related course of study, preferred
