Let's get down to the nitty-gritty: Our BDM’s enjoy an immense amount of autonomy to secure the client portfolio of your choosing. There are no geographic boundaries, no limits to the size or industry of the clients you target, with the goal of meeting our client’s hiring needs.  We encourage you to commit to the hunt of uncovering new opportunities, while nurturing lasting relationships with your client partners and network.  As a Business Development Manager you will be asked to maintain existing clients and generate new business to meet our client’s contract, contract to hire and direct placement IT needs. The ideal candidate is highly committed, detail oriented and excels at developing deep and meaningful relationships with a service mindset.

What you need to have:  

  • Coachable with an eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow
  • Positive, motivated, “ doer “ attitude with a competitive spirit and epic sales skills
  • A desire to make great money and impact lives, knowing that you control your destiny and your earning potential
  • You love people, work well with people, talk to people, get in front of people.... Networking is your superpower
  • Any type of sales experience (talent acquisition experience is ideal) and the ability to build, manage and report on a sales forecast
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations and quotas
  • Strong written, verbal, listening and interpersonal skills (aka: Not afraid to pick up the phone or creatively engage your audience)
  • Completely comfortable selling our staffing services to C level Executives, Directors, Managers, HR, etc.
  • BA / BS from an accredited 4-year university preferred
