Brief Description

This person will play a key role in building and maintaining the relationships between eQuest and Government Agencies, as well as, Non Profit Organizations, Colleges and Universities, Community Outreach Programs and other resources designed to help aid in employment efforts for EEOC protected groups specifically dictated by the US Department of Labor.


Detailed Description/Responsibilities:

  • Contact Government Employment Service offices to ensure job data is being sent appropriately and reported upon accurately for eQuest clients.
  • Identify potential partners/employment outreach organizations and ensure job delivery to existing outreach locations.
  • Create strategic relationships with key organizations to serve local communities in building an extensive network of job distribution and outreach programs to assist federal contractors with mandatory job listing requirements
  • Work closely with local and the governments in the region by providing full-service support, customer service and advice.
  • Understand and represent effectively the practices of the eQuest business and Compliance division.
  • Assist with the implementation of new partnerships/outreach locations.
  • Participate in events and conferences to organize and possibly attend.

  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize projects and workload.
  • Ability to make positive impressions on others by being helpful, responsive, diplomatic and professional.
  • Must be confident and comfortable communicating at all levels while obtaining information pertaining to the division.
  • Ability to present and explain points of view clearly and logically.
  • Possess strong computer skills, including experience with internet research and proficiency with computer applications. Microsoft Excel experience is a mist.
  • Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, goal oriented, and achieving.
  • Career experience in Business Development and/or Marketing.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in email and verbally.
  • Answer routine questions pertaining to the eQuest, and the Compliance Division’s goals, methods and purposes.
     

Education

 

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field is preferred.
