EFI Optitex is leading the way in revolutionizing the fashion and textile industries through the use of 3D digital products. The use of 3D digital products will significantly impact key business areas in these industries, including product development and sales & marketing.


We are currently seeking a new Sales Development Manager to join our sales team. The position is based in our newly renovated Rosh Ha’Ayin, Israel office.
The right candidate will be a highly energetic, passionate self-starter with proven success in selling software solutions to users. 
This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and hungry sales person to engage with the creative talent of the leading fashion and apparel companies in Europe. 

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Development Manager will be accountable for generating and driving the sales of the core EFI Optitex 3D, CAD and Cloud product lines. The individual will be accountable for penetrating and closing new accounts throughout EMEA to further fuel our rapid growth.  

  • Hunt and create pipline of opportunities to generate new sales
  • Drive and lead the entire sales process from identification to qualification to closure
  • Engage with the creative leaders of Europe's fashion and apparel industries to understand their needs, processes and position our portfolio to satisfy their requirements
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly targets
  • Provide accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting to direct manager

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of successfully selling software solutions in Europe- A must!
  • Result driven, self-starting hunter that creates and executes own sales engagements
  • Knowledge (and passion) of the apparel or textile industries- a strong advantage
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English - a must
  • Additional Western European language, preferably German- an advantage
  • Performs well under pressure
  • Strong team orientation - ability to work in a matrix organization
  • University education - Bachelors degree in Business Administration required or equivalent experience.
  • Salesforce.com experience is a plus 
  • Frequent travel required
