POSITION DESCRIPTION

 

A49 is currently seeking  Document Control Specialist to work out of our Winnipeg office . This position will focus on and be responsible for the following:

  • Assigned document and project support:
    • Manage contract administration activities including RFI, Submittal, Changes, Certificates for Payment.
    • Develop and maintain templates for studies and reports.
    • Coordinate and compile report and study documents.
    • Provide administrative support, and prepare contract documents for project managers.
    • Format and proofread documents.
    • Cover reception duties as required.
    • Perform general office administrative duties.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or Certificate from recognized administrative program or equivalent;
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, InDesign, Adobe Suite;
  • Advanced Outlook skills;
  • Experience with Voice Over IP phone system;
  • Experience with architectural or engineering firm an asset;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Professional personal presentation;
  • Customer service orientation;
  • Understanding of confidentiality;
  • Organized, reliable;
  • Able to take initiative and make decisions;
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs;
  • Ability to obtain a Level II (secret) PSPC clearance.
