We arrange the provision of an extensive range of aged support and disability services for people in their private home and community.

Support Workers are supported by Southern Cross’ skilled Service and Admin team.

  • Brain Injury Support Worker
  • Lithgow NSW


Southern Cross is seeking motivated, caring and committed individuals as Support Workers for the delivery of services to provide care and support to a 44 year-old female with a traumatic brain injury who is living in her own home.

This support will enable the person with a disability to remain living in their home whilst receiving assistance for all of their everyday living tasks and achieving their person centered and therapy goals.

A range of flexible duties are available.

Duties may include:

  • Assistance with Personal care tasks
  • Medication administration
  • Assistance with Therapy tasks
  • Use of Mobility equipment – eg. hoist, wheelchair, shower chair
  • Light Domestic assistance
  • Meal preparation
  • Community participation – eg. medical appointments, Shopping and/or social outings
