WSP  is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant, based out of our Thornhill office. The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing a high level of support to Management and others within the team across Canada. 


  • Coordinating trade, client, and corporate events, including vendor management and execution;
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for the WSP brand;
  • Provide administrative support to executives and senior team members which may include calendar management, meeting minutes, expense management, etc.;
  • Managing and administering invoices for events;
  • Managing and coordinating organizational calendars;
  • Supporting assigned organization as required;
  • Other duties as assigned/required.


  • Post secondary education, preference for those with a background in business ;
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a corporate setting and in a similarly sized organization (5000+ employees);
  • Composed and professional and able to manage sensitive information;
  • Excellent Microsoft office and outlook management skills;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Self-starter and resourceful;
  • Embodies the values and guiding principles of WSP in collaboration and innovation;
