WSP is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Human Resources department, located at our Montréal office. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, this position will be responsible for delivering the activities of the Human Resources function which supports multiple business lines in the Quebec region comprising of approximately 500 people. The role works closely with business line managers and the market sector leaders to ensure HR programs and services are in place to support and drive the business objectives. In this role the HRBP, leverages services from the Centers of Excellence in areas such as Talent Attraction, Global Mobility, Compensation and Benefits. We are seeking an individual with an HR business partner background with demonstrated experience managing a broad range of human resources initiatives. The selected individual will enable cultural change, build internal business partnerships, and provide coaching to develop others, challenge the status quo and offer creative solutions to business issues. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to manage multiple priorities and have the ability to develop strong business knowledge.
