WSP is currently seeking a Survey Party Chief to support our Cranbrook operations. Reporting to the Branch Manager, successful candidate will be responsible for performing field survey work on projects in the construction, land development and legal land surveying industries. This position is primarily for construction layout of engineering design in local towns as well as mines and other industrial sites. Working at WSP you will use the latest technology including GPS, Robotic Total Stations, as well as in-house customized tools and systems for field and office complete with dedicated in-house support. This position will require travel and working remotely.
Our successful candidate will be a graduate of a recognized post-secondary program related to civil engineering or geomatics or have an equivalent amount of related experience. In addition you will also have:
