Description

Piper Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for a growing software organization in Morrisville, North Carolina (Morrisville, NC).  A successful candidate for the Technical Support Engineer will provide exceptional customer service to customers across multiple systems, platforms, and applications such as Unix, Windows, Active Directory, SQL Server, Exchange, and Sharepoint.  The Technical Support Engineer will support customers through phone, web, and email during standard business hours.  The Technical Support Engineer must have strong verbal and written communication skills at a professional level and a natural troubleshooting curiosity around problem solving and learning new technologies.

Requirements for the Technical Support Engineer include the following:                                                                           

  • 1 plus years of experience managing Active Directory  
  • Working experience in a Windows environment
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, routing, Firewalls)
  • SQL Server experience is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience

Compensation: $50,000- $70,000 plus benefits package
