Responsible for leading Account Management teams with strategic planning and direction, performance management, talent acquisition and training design, client relationship development, process optimization and overall account management.
Focus on enhancing the client experience and growing account relationships through ValueClick Platform Personalized Communication Plans designed to meet program budgets and client strategic objectives and deliver a unique personalized consumer experience.
Collaborates with other key departments to ensure programs are meeting long term client objectives (Client Development & Marketing), short term goals (Media), platform design (Platform) and technical considerations (Client Operations). The VP AM manages a staff of 20+ including Managers, Team Leads, Account Managers, Specialists and interns, who own all day to day messaging work and longer term marketing plans and execution for our clients. Success is measured by meeting performance metrics per client, client adoption of our vision and platform features, and client service satisfaction as well as team growth and development.

Minimum Job Requirements & Proficiencies
Education: Minimum Bachelors Degree. Masters in Marketing is preferred.
Years of Experience: preferred 15+

Staff of ~20+ Account Managers of a variety of levels.
