The Client Development Director is responsible for building the Dotomi advertiser base within specific industry verticals. The Client Development Director will be responsible for growing and cultivating long term relationships for assigned Dotomi clients with a focus on driving revenue for client and Dotomi. This person will be responsible for strategy, execution and delivery of business and performance goals for his/her client base, as well as maintaining overall client satisfaction for Dotomi solutions. This person will be required to lead teams of people who support each account including creative, analytics, account management, media, and tech integration.

A strong candidate for this position will include the following qualifications:

  • Diverse Client Management Experience (client side, ad solutions, direct marketing, agency experience)
  • Multi-disciplined marketer who is versed across channels; online, direct mail, catalog, newspaper
  • Retail / eCommerce
  • Self motivated – Able to identify opportunities, sell new business, and close sales
  • Ability to assess client objectives and formulate communications strategy directly to those client objectives within display advertising
  • Comfortable with consultative sales and solution selling
  • Strong business and strategic planning acumen
  • Solid quantitative background with an understanding of analytic tools and techniques
  • Understandingof marketing program design, execution, and measurement
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Effective communication across multiple levels of an organization
  • Work well in a team-oriented and highly collaborative environment
  • Well organized and detail-oriented


  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 10-15 Years of Professional Sales & Marketing Business Experience
  • Demonstrated Sales & Business Development Experience
  • Strong Computer Skills: Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
  • Strong operational skills with Sales Management Software, ie.
